About the Company

YIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner supporting international luxury brands with high-end leather goods hardware, jewelry, and precision metal solutions. Our Luxury Leather Goods Hardware business supports handbags, small leather goods, and accessories through product development, engineering, precision metal manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, and quality management.

About the Role

We are seeking an Account Manager based in New York to support relationships with selected U.S. luxury, fashion, leather goods, and accessories brands. The role is suited to professionals who understand client relationship management, product-development processes, sourcing, and long-term B2B supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with selected luxury and fashion accounts.
\n
• Understand client product-development, sourcing, quality, and commercial requirements.
\n
• Coordinate communication with YIBI product, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
\n
• Support RFQs, sampling, product-development, and commercial discussions.
\n
• Track project progress and maintain clear client communication.
\n
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and expand selected accounts.
\n
• Provide insights into U.S. luxury, leather goods, and accessories markets.
\n
• Support selected business-development initiatives.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Experience in account management, B2B sales, business development, client services, sourcing, or product development.
\n
• Experience in luxury, fashion, leather goods, handbags, accessories, or premium consumer products is preferred.
\n
• Strong client-management and communication capabilities.
\n
• Understanding of physical-product development and supplier relationships is highly valued.
\n
• Existing relationships within U.S. fashion or luxury businesses are an advantage.
