Earn $150,000+ performance-based potential income Work with an experienced Sales and Management team Structure and close deals efficiently Build strong relationships with customers and lenders Take ownership of the F&I process Grow your income and career with a dealership that values experienced professionals KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Guide customers through the financing and F&I process from approval to delivery Structure and close deals while working with lenders to secure competitive financing Present and sell finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products Ensure accurate contracts, documentation, funding, and compliance Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership partners Work closely with Sales and Management to move deals efficiently Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive customer experience Follow dealership policies and all applicable state and federal regulations WE'RE LOOKING FOR A PROVEN F&I PROFESSIONAL WITH: A demonstrated ability to structure and close deals Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs Experience presenting finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products Strong understanding of dealership compliance and documentation Excellent communication and negotiation skills A track record of professionalism, integrity, and results The ability to work effectively with Sales, Management, and lenders We're interested in talking with automotive dealership Finance Managers who are: Experienced.
