ASSISTANT — LETTONNE
LETTONNE is a young independent fashion brand working between NYC and Paris. as we’re growing, we’re looking for a responsible and reliable assistant who’s genuinely interested in fashion and would like to get hands-on experience working with a brand.
the role is pretty varied, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive and comfortable helping with different things depending on what’s happening that week.
some of the things you’ll be helping us with:
assisting on shoots, including sourcing props and picking up things needed for production
keeping in touch with photographers, casting directors, models, artists, and other people we work with for coordination
helping manage schedules and making sure everyone stays on time during shoots
helping around the fashion studio — sourcing and picking up materials, supplies, or specific items and delivering them where they need to go. no technical fashion knowledge needed
scheduling calls and meetings (somitemies doing calls as well)
helping us put together logistics for shoots, events, and other projects
occasional errands and general production help

looking for someone who is responsible, organized and genuinely interested in the industry. someone we can rely on, who’s comfortable figuring things out and isn’t afraid of a fast-moving environment.
the position will involve both remote tasks and being physically present for shoots, studio errands, and other projects when needed.
