Mid to Senior Patent Attorney - Engineering - Dallas or Washington, DC Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid to senior associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Dallas or Washington, DC. This position combines both IP litigation and patent application drafting, with a preference for litigation experience. The salary for this position is between $310k to $435k. Qualifications 3-8 years of experience drafting patent applications and other IP transactional work. Experience handling IP disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secrets, as well as licensing and commercial disputes. An engineering background is required [electrical, computer, mechanical or related]. Admission to the Texas or District of Columbia bar. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Strong client-interfacing skills.
