This is a work-from-home position, with monthly team meetings onsite at shared locations.

Sandella Sova is a WFH, boutique, professional search firm. We specialize in Tax & Accounting positions for corporations in Ohio & surrounding markets.

A successful hire will be comfortable making cold calls in an effort to meet new people often. You'd be an integral part of our candidate vetting and delivery process. The right hire will have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

In addition to candidate delivery, you'd also be responsible for helping land new clients. In a demand profession like Tax & Accounting, hiring is not easy. A good recruiter can be immensely valuable to a company's talent acquisition plans. You will be responsible for search intake meetings with existing and potential new clients.

Finally, you'll help negotiate offers, working as a broker for candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead phone based candidate outreach targeting accounting professionals in Ohio and surrounding markets
\n
• Incentivize candidates to interview for our clients' open positions by explaining each role's unique value for their career
\n
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of Accounting candidates for assigned searches
\n
• Conduct vetting interviews via phone
\n
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
\n
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
\n
• Serve as a contact person for questions from existing clients for Accounting hiring
\n
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of potential new clients by introducing great candidates for their teams
\n
• Explain our niche value and detailed search process on calls and presentations with potential new clients
\n
• Share data and market knowledge with hiring leaders to provide awareness value
\n
• Negotiate offers for clients and candidates, working as a broker to help both parties assess one another thoroughly
\n

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Effective communication skills
\n
• Strong organizational skills
\n
• High-energy and passion for talent acquisition
\n
• Third-party recruiting experience preferred
\n
• Experience recruiting Accounting & Tax professionals preferred
\n
• Experience with, and interest in cold calling as a competitive advantage
\n
• Sense of urgency to deliver an excellent service for both candidates and clients
\n
